For 30 years, Empire Theatres has been a proud supporter of various community groups on a national, regional, and local scale. We take pride in giving back to our neighbourhoods through donations, sponsorships, and event participation.

 

Nationally, we are proud to sponsor Kids Help Phone. Every year, Kids Help Phone’s professional counsellors answer calls and online questions from young people in approximately 3,000 communities across Canada. Their counsellors are there to provide immediate and caring support, information and, if necessary, referral to a local community or social service agency, no matter what the problem or concern.

 

We are also proud supporters of the following youth organizations and events:

2. Salvation Army’s Christmas Toy Drive

3. Do the Right Thing

On a national level we are also committed to supporting industry events that encourage and promote the film industry.
